• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, a cash-out option may be available in certain markets.
• If a match is abandoned or does not conclude within the scheduled time, bets will be voided or settled at a specified amount in accordance with jlbdt5 policy.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jlbdt5 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• A maximum bet limit applies to each market. Any bet exceeding this limit will automatically be reduced to the maximum allowed amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlbdt5. Any account found engaging in them will be immediately suspended:

• Using software bots or any automated tools to place bets or play games.

Jlbdt5 cooperates fully with regulatory authorities and is obligated to provide information to law enforcement agencies when required.

Jlbdt5 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under the following circumstances:

• Failure to submit the required documents for KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• If evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity is found.
• If the account holder remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Members may also request to close their account at any time.
